At Duffel Bag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
